Installation of the Omicron Epsilon Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi

The William G. McGowan School of Business is excited to announce the Installation of the Omicron Epsilon Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi at their Honor Societies Ceremony on Friday, April 4th.  Twenty two students were inducted in Beta Alpha Psi an the inaugural ceremony.  Dr. Sandra Richtermeyer, past President of Beta Alpha Psi and Avneet Nagra, Atlantic Coast Chapter Advocate were present to install the chapter.  Beta Alpha Psi (founded in 1919) is an honor organization for financial information students and professionals. Students must be an accounting major, have completed at least 60 semester hours of college credit, and achieve a minimum grade-point average of 3.0 to petition to be a candidate. The Omicron Epsilon Chapter admits accounting majors who have completed 5 hours of professional development and 5 hours of service in addition to the minimum GPA requirements.
