Here are a few important reminders about using Self-Service Student Planning.
Students may register only for course sections approved by their academic advisor, so it’s essential to schedule and complete your advisement meeting before registration begins. The academic advisement period started October 20, 2025.
To get started:
- Log in to Self-Service Student Planning and create your list of proposed courses for next semester.
- Your academic advisor will review your plan and either approve your selections or suggest changes.
- When your registration date and time arrive (and provided you have no holds on your account), you can register for open sections that your advisor has approved.
Your specific registration date and time will appear in a blue information box within Self-Service Student Planning.
