Summer 2026 Study Abroad Application Deadline: November 15

The deadline for the Summer 2026 King’s Faculty-Led Study Abroad Programs is November 15.

To apply, students:

  • Complete the online “Pre-Application Form.” (Once you click submit, this form is automatically sent to the KC Office of Student Affairs and the faculty advisor you designate on the form. The completed, approved form is then sent automatically to the Office of Study Abroad.)
  • Complete the online “Application for King’s College Faculty-Led Study Abroad.” Application essay and academic transcript must be attached.

Faculty-led programs are an affordable way for students to access study abroad and to fulfill core and major requirements.

  • The programs are open to students in all majors and years of study, including first-year students and graduating seniors.
  • The programs begin with spring semester pre-departure sessions on King’s campus, while the travel portion commences in May/June and takes about 2 weeks.
  • The cost of the programs is all-inclusive. It covers all travel (air and ground), accommodation, most meals, lectures, entrance fees, insurance, and 1-3-credit King’s tuition.
  • The language of instruction is English.
  • Financial aid and scholarships may be available.
