The English and Psychology Departments invite you to a talk by author and King’s alumna Lisa Conway, MSW. Ms. Conway graduated from King’s College in 1994 with a double-major in Psychology and Spanish. Her memoir, SHOCKED: Breaking the Stigma of Mental Illness and the Silence of Shock Therapy, details her experiences with mental illness and the effects electroconvulsive therapy had on her life.
