Thomas J. Mosca, Esquire, prominent trial attorney in Northeastern Pennsylvania, with 35 years’ experience and serves as the co-chair of the NEPA Task Force Against Human Trafficking. Mosca is a dedicated advocate for victims’ rights and community safety and has spent nearly a decade leading local efforts to combat human trafficking.
He has spent over 8 years working in this area serving as either the chairman or co-chairman of the NEPA Task Force Against Human Trafficking.
He also serves as the board chair for the Victims Resource Center in the region and frequently speaks at regional educational events, panels, and forums alongside law enforcement officials. These events focus on raising public awareness, recognizing identifiers of trafficking (such as specific branding or tattoos), and protecting children from online predators.
